Learn about the causes of excessive crying as well as simple strategies to prevent colic and ways to manage your crying baby in an informative talk by OT, Meg Faure.
Sr Ann Richardson will take you through the basics of the first six weeks of your baby’s life from umbilical Cord care, nappy changes, feeding, sleeping and establishing a flexible routine any everything in between.
From latching to nutrition while feeding, dietician Kath Megaw will advise new moms on feeding in the first four months including breastfeeding and learning how to express your breast milk successfully and options to keep breastfeeding going when you go back to work.
